Delivery for private wellness products has to be clear, careful, and discreet. This page explains how Laylati handles dispatch communication.

Before dispatch
Before dispatch, we may confirm product availability, payment status, delivery route, address details, and local eligibility. If a route or payment method is not available, we may offer an alternative or cancel the request.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your name, phone number, city, district, street, and delivery notes are correct. Failed delivery caused by inaccurate customer information may delay the order or create extra fees.
Delivery communication
Delivery updates may be sent by email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, courier notification, or another agreed support channel. We keep messages neutral and avoid explicit product names where practical.
Missed delivery
If you miss a delivery attempt, follow the courier instructions quickly. Returned parcels may require a second shipping fee depending on the courier and the reason for return.
Restrictions
Some products, addresses, payment methods, or delivery routes may be unavailable because of courier, customs, local rule, supplier, or payment-provider restrictions. We do not guarantee delivery to every location.
Damaged or missing parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive after the expected window, contact support with your order information and photos if available. We will review the courier record and advise next steps.
