Returns and Refunds

Because Laylati sells intimate private wellness products, return handling must protect hygiene, privacy, and product safety.

Return eligibility

Unopened, unused, unworn products in original packaging may be eligible for return review within the stated return window shown at purchase. Products must include all seals, tags, accessories, manuals, and packaging.

Hygiene exclusions

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened intimate products, used products, products with broken seals, and personal-care consumables are normally not returnable unless they are faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly supplied.

Faulty or wrong item

If you receive a faulty, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect item, contact support promptly with your order details and clear photos or video where appropriate. We may offer replacement, refund, store credit, or another solution after review.

How to request a return

Email rlmsx1221@gmail.com before sending any product back. Include your order number, contact details, product name, reason for return, and supporting photos if relevant.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Bank, card, wallet, and payment-provider processing times can vary and are outside Laylati control.

No informal returns

Please do not send products back without written return instructions. Unauthorised returns may be refused or delayed because we need to protect privacy, hygiene, and tracking accuracy.
