Privacy starts before the parcel arrives. Laylati uses neutral packaging and careful delivery communication wherever the delivery route allows it.

Plain outer parcel
Orders are prepared with a neutral outer parcel where practical. The outside of the parcel should not display explicit product names, product images, or promotional adult wording.
Shipping label
Courier labels may need recipient details, sender or warehouse details, tracking codes, route information, and legally required shipping data. We keep this information as neutral as the carrier and local rules allow.
Inside the parcel
Inside packaging may include product packaging, instructions, safety information, and support materials. Keep all packaging until you confirm the item is correct and working.
Notifications and billing
Delivery notifications, order emails, and payment descriptors may be controlled partly by couriers, payment providers, or ecommerce tools. Laylati aims to keep customer-facing wording discreet, but third-party systems may have required text.
